Week 3
This week was all about shallow depth of field
- one of my favourite styles of photography.
My final choice
Week 2 - Shallow depth of field

Week 2
This week's theme was silhouettes....
and man did I struggle.
Other people in the group were heading out to west coast beaches
making use of their awesome skills, the stunning sunsets,
hazy skies etc.
Me.....I had a back yard full of bush and not much skill.
So when it came to getting a pic for this week
I tried sooo many options.
In the end I got one I was .....happy-ish with.
But it was a mission and to be honest, not a huge amount of fun.
Oh well.....
My final choice:
Week 2 - silhouette
Backyard yucca
(FYI - photographing yucca plants can be a dangerous and prickly job!)
Just mucking around:
And this one just because it is funny.......
